Timbaland, Quincy Jones, Georgia Moroder, Francois K (remixes songs to create dance music), Nile Rodgers
FK is best known for his remixes. He’s not the creative force behind a band, but has been the guy who turned good tracks into dancefloor weapons starting in the 70s with underground disco on the Prelude label. In the 80’s: Yaz, Kraftwerk, U2, The Cure, Depeche Mode, many more. From there he founded a house/dub/techno event and worked more in those genres as a producer and remixes. I just hit up YouTube for Francois K, FK or FKEK remixes as a start.
