Sweet Chili Garlic Glazed Salmon

Sweet Chili Garlic Glazed Salmon

Growing up on the coast, we had a lot of access to fresh seafood. When the weather got cooler, my father would go pick out a few salmon steaks and grill them outside. Those are some of my favorite family memories, and though we don’t live as close to each other as we’d like, I still enjoy making dishes that we used to share.

That’s why something like this Sweet Chili Garlic Glazed Salmon is the perfect way to kick off the fall season. With eight simple ingredients and a 15-minute prep time, this dish will be popular among family and friends. It’s healthy, delicious, and pairs well with any green vegetable – I would suggest grilling asparagus alongside the salmon.

You can also pair this with carbohydrates – it works well with wild rice, couscous, orzo, or even a baked potato. If you’d rather have a healthier option, a Caesar salad or fruit salad will do the trick.

Before you begin cooking, make sure that you have all the ingredients on hand. You’ll need orange marmalade, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper, green onions, and garlic. These are all combined to create the glaze.
